Saturday afternoon with the eyasses

CamFan from Tulsa, OK, is meticulously documenting the daily activities of the Franklin Institute eyasses and their parents via saved screen images and video clips. This is a series of pictures and video from yesterday afternoon (Saturday, May 1).

The weather in Philadelphia yesterday was suddenly and unseasonably hot - 90 degrees and humid - so there was no danger of the eyasses getting chilled when the formel was away from the nest.

As the eyasses stretch out to stay cool, we can see their long legs and huge feet, and their wings beginning to get some use too.
